Summary
This is a special session where we discuss the mechanics of 3 spatial technologies. We invited experts who use these technologies regularly to share their experiences and get involved in discussions with the community to address common challenges.
Spatial Proteomics (Imaging-based): CYCIF (Jia-Ren Lin; inventor of CYCIF; Harvard Medical School) CODEX (Domenic Abbondanza and Huan Wang; Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard)
Spatial Transcriptomics (Sequencing based): SlideSeq (Jamie Marshall; Previously Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard now Solid Biosciences)
